1. Evaluate Needs and Extent of Contents Damage

2. Recommend Course of Action, which may include the following services:

  • Inventorying of All Salvageable and Non-Salvageable Contents
  • On-Site Cleaning
  • Facility Processing of Contents
  • Deodorizing of Contents & Items
  • Ultrasonic Cleaning
  • Restoration Services for Furniture, Documents, Artwork, Collectibles, General Items, or Clothing
  • Establish Either On-Site Storage or at Our Facility

3. Receive Authorization to Begin Work Either From Home Owner or Insurance Adjuster as Quickly as Possible

4. Provide an Itemized Estimate of All Stages of the Contents Restoration

5. Receive Authorization to Perform Agreed Upon Work from Estimate
Including any Subcontractors For:

  • Electronics Diagnostic Testing
  • Cleaning
  • Repair Work
  • Contents Restoration
  • Dry Cleaning Services

6. Facilitate, Schedule, and Follow Through With Action Plan

7. Follow Up With Homeowner to Insure Expectations Were Met or Surpassed on All Aspects of the Project

8. Close the Claim with the Insurance Adjuster
