Our Mold Remediation Process
- Evaluate the situation. Test as needed.
- Set up containment structure (barrier) around the affected area and put area under negative air pressure using HEPA filtered air scrubbers to remove mold spores.
- Thoroughly clean and treat all surfaces that are cleanable. Remove non-cleanable items that contain mold spores such as porous materials (ie. Drywall, trim, floor coverings, etc.)
- Meticulous clean up of containment area using all necessary chemicals and appropriate equipment. This is a method of professional cleaning to eliminate any cross-contamination into non-affected areas.
- HEPA vacuum the work area back through the home or structure and out the door to ensure any stray particles are captured.
