| Whether unexpected water in your home or office is caused
by rising waters or a simple broken pipe, rapid response is
key to successful cleanup and restoration! With 24 hour emergency
service available, Guarantee System's professional staff and
procedures can eliminate the wet inconvenience quickly and
economically, so you can get back to your life. |
| When water is the problem, we follow this
five-step process: |
| Step 1
- Containment |
| Once the source of water has been eliminated, our technicians
employ industrial extraction equipment to remove the excess
liquid, and contain the damage to the smallest area possible.
|
| Since carpeting is completely immersed in water during
manufac-ture, temporary flooding has no effect whatsoever, but
protection is provided to keep furniture from being damaged
by the water, while preventing carpet staining. |
| Step 2
- Damage Survey |
| Using special inspection tools, the technicians determine
the extent of the damage, and evaluate components (carpet,
pad, floor, furniture, structure), and drying probability.
|
| Once
the survey is completed, a correct course of action is determined. |
| Step 3
- Mildewcide Treatment |
| The affected area is treated with an EPA-registered disinfectant,
to arrest and control sour odors and mildew (along with the
potential health problems they can cause), during drying. |
| Step 4
- Drying |
| Special drying and dehumidification equipment ensures
maximum drying, with minimum inconvenience to your family
or staff. |
| Step 5
- Restoration |
| Once dry, the carpet is reinstalled (and pad replaced,
if neces-sary). A final cleaning is completed, to remove tracked
soil or soil that has "wicked" out of the carpet's backing
during drying. |
