Dear Mark:

We want to express our appreciation for the manner in which your firm handled the cleanup of our soot damage. With the exception of the painter, we were highly pleased with the quality and the personal service, especially from your employee, John.
Thank you.
Sincerely, Steve and Peggy Idema
